CenTech Universal Mount (UNI) series Industrial LCD Monitor is fully enclosed in sealed, NEMA 4/4x, IP 65/66 chassis. The enclosure is constructed from heavy-duty aluminum or stainless steel, the corners are formed by an extensive process of bending, welding and grinding. CenTech's special multi-sealing procedure protects the enclosed electronics from chemical cleaning sprays solvents, water, grease, and other liquid.

Based on our FPD series superior engineering design, CenTech UNI series Universal Mount Industrial LCD Monitor also has been designed for continuous reliable performance in extreme SEISMIC ZONE 4 shock impact and NEMA 4/4X, IP 65/66 hose-down environments.

CenTech Universal Mount Industrial LCD Display can be installed in a variety of locations in the factory or outdoor environments. With different mounting methods, they can be mounted on pedestal, on a wall, column or hung from ceiling.

1. "Free Floating" Enclosure Design (Patent Pending)
   Instead of traditionally using screws to tie down LCD panel and enclosure, our engineers developed the "Free Floating" method to hold LCD panel in the correct position without using any screws. With Free Floating design, CenTech UNI series industrial LCD display provides the best shock and vibration rating in the industry and compliance with the most severe environmental test - SEISMIC ZONE 4 test (see below)

2. SEISMIC Zone 4, IEEE-344, NUREG 700 Compliance

4. Electropolished Stainless Steel
   Electropolishing is often referred to as a "reverse plating" process. Electrochemical in nature, electropolishing uses a combination of rectified current and a blended chemical electrolyte bath to remove flaws from the surface of a metal part.
   
   Beyond the bright, chrome-like finish, many find corrosion resistance to be great benefit of electropolishing.

   In addition to being hard and flexible, polane coatings resist scratching, chemicals and corrosion. Unlike other competitors using powder coated or regular paint, CenTech Universal Mount Industrial LCD Monitor aluminum enclosure use carbide polane paint for full chassis for the best protection.
